1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 Pound of Elbow Noodles
1 Cup of Chedder Cheese
¼ Cup of Flour
2 Cups of Milk
14 oz. of Spaghetti Sauce
½ Teaspoon of Basil
½ Teaspoon of Oregano
½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon of Salt
¼ Teaspoon of Pepper
Step 1:
Cook pasta
Step 2:
Cook meat
Step 3:
Drain any fat that may be in meat pan
Step 4:
Add seasonings and flour, stirring the flour in until fully incorporated
Step 5:
Slowly add in milk until stirring (will thicken a little due to the flour)
Step 6:
Add the sauce and cook for 2 minutes
Step 7:
Stir in the noodles and the cheese
